My Qualifications

Rob has more than 20 years of experience providing guidance to individuals about their investments. After practicing law for six years, Rob entered the financial services industry in 1997. A graduate of Vassar College (B.A.) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.), Rob joined Stifel in 2009 after having worked at both Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. Rob also has his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification.  In addition, Rob also holds his Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities State Agent), and 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) licenses. He is also Insurance Licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and South Carolina.
 
Using an investment planning process, Rob specializes in helping people who are fearful their assets may not produce enough income for them in retirement.
 
Within the community, Rob has served as President (2005-2006) and Vice President (2004-2005) of the Rotary Club – in which he is still very active – and as a Warden (2007) for Saint Mary the Virgin Church, both in Chappaqua, New York where he resides. He has also served as Vassar Class Treasurer (2002-2007). He currently continues to work as an alumni interviewer for Vassar College.
 
Rob is married, and lives in Chappaqua, New York, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys riding his bicycle and playing tennis.
